FSL Homework Toolbox A resource for FI students who require an accessible user friendly reference tool to help with homework. The resource was created with the purpose of supporting FSL students and parents in 60 English school boards across Ontario.

Homework: Any homework will be communicated to you through the agenda and here on the blog. I may send the occasional worksheet or study guide for review as homework, otherwise students are encouraged to read 20-30 minutes nightly. The French websites provide a variety of additional practice and support through games, literacy and oral.

CPF Ontario conducted a needs assessment and prepared the report and recommendations which prompted and supported the development of the FSL Homework Toolbox for PARENTS. This is an online homework help support in French K-12 created in conjunction with the Ministry of Education. Ontario certified teachers are available to provide online support from 4-8 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for OCDSB students.
The FSLAC consults with and advises the Board on French as a Second Language matters and contributes to the work of trustees and staff. This partnership of trustees, staff and parents fosters excellence and growth in FSL programs at the Board.
